About the Role

As a Project Leader at ICON, you will be responsible for guiding and managing projects to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will manage day-to-day project and program management activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing project teams, including defining project objectives, planning, and coordinating activities to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Providing regular updates and reports on project status, performance, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement.
  • Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
