About the Role

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare products for shipment according to instructions, including coordinating delivery schedules with trucking companies.
• Ensure parts are clean before packaging.
• Receive products and materials from vendors, customers, and subsidiaries.
• Occasionally drive and deliver parts between plants or buildings.
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging to meet contractual requirements and complete necessary documentation before and after shipments.
• Maintain material traceability by verifying vendor documentation and marking materials with trace numbers.
• Manage material movement throughout the shop.
• Perform inventory stocking.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred, or demonstrated ability to understand and apply work instructions and perform basic math.
• Background in shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Must be able to utilize computers and computer systems.
• This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
