About the Role

As a UX Designer focused on Verily’s Care Solutions, you will collaborate with designers, UX researchers, product managers, software engineers, and clinical specialists to solve healthcare challenges. You will drive the end-to-end design process from discovery through execution, creating simple, beautiful, and valuable experiences that empower healthier lives.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of user experience design for patients and/or clinical staff, including interactions and interfaces.
• Collaborate with user researchers, product managers, and content strategists to understand needs, identify opportunities, and iterate designs.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented to spec and collaborate on technical solutions.
• Contribute to the UX team culture by contributing to the Verily Design System and participating in design critiques.
• Evangelize UX through quality of work, communication, and user advocacy.

Requirements

• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating work across the end-to-end design process.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional UX Design experience in consumer products, enterprise software, or relevant areas.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Familiarity with the technical intricacies of designing accessible, app and/or responsive web applications.
• Past work focusing on Consumer products, Healthcare, Medical services, or relevant areas is preferred.
• Experience designing GenAI/LLM, rich data visualizations, complex services, or related design solutions is preferred.
• Proven track record in bringing projects to launch into a commercial market is preferred.
• Qualified applicants must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
