About the Role
Step into the compassionate world of NewYork-Presbyterian, where patients turn to for occupational therapy of the highest caliber. Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and provide occupational therapy treatment programs for our adult population in their home setting in such areas as neuro, orthopedic, general medicine, and dysphagia/swallow.
- This position covers NYP/Lawrence Home Care of Westchester, a certified home health agency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- New York State Occupational Therapist License within one year of hire, or NYS Limited Permit if applicable
- Knowledge of Occupational Therapy practices
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
- All roles require on-site presence (variable by role).
- Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
- NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
