About the Role

The Enterprise Document Management Platform team is responsible for managing the Enterprise system of record for over 15 billion customer-related documents. This role will own the foundational platform strategy that supports secure, scalable, and resilient document and metadata lifecycle management, driving platform modernization while ensuring data governance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for the core platform balancing near-term operational excellence with long-term modernization priorities
  • Lead multiple engineering teams to design and deliver platform features that serve a diverse base of enterprise stakeholders
  • Drive our self-service strategy to enable intent owners to independently configure, onboard, and manage their use cases without platform team dependency
  • Define and manage how use cases interact with the platform by setting clear standards for onboarding, API contracts, and incident management
  • Drive continuous improvement in platform API performance, usability, and operational efficiency at enterprise scale
  • Ensure the platform meets enterprise data governance, compliance, and architectural standards as requirements evolve
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the LOBs and platform teams that depend on our infrastructure

Requirements

  • Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

  • Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
  • McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
  • New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
  • Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
