About the Role

The Smilist is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their growing company dedicated to improving patient care and fostering an outstanding team culture. This role is crucial in recruiting General Dentists for practice opportunities across multiple states and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit General Dentists for practice opportunities in NY, NJ, PA, CT, MD, MA, VA, and DE
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to hiring and onboarding hand-offs
• Ensure high accuracy and database integrity by adding all candidates to the internal database/ATS
• Effectively communicate the employer value proposition to prospective Dentists
• Collaborate with Dental Directors and Operators to provide a 5-star candidate experience
• Strategically use social media and sourcing tools to build and maintain a candidate pipeline
• Work independently and collaboratively on multiple positions, reporting status and results
• Provide weekly updates on recruitment activity, including new hires, time-to-fill, and offer metrics
• Utilize passive candidate outreach to convert them into active candidates
• Build relationships with candidates quickly via phone or at live events
• Ensure high-quality brand communications, presenting The Smilist as an employer of choice

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Prior dental recruitment experience required
• Proven recruitment methods and strategies
• Strong working knowledge of recruiting tools/resources including social media
• Adept in change management with shifting goals
• Ability to solve recruitment challenges in the dental landscape
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Position may require some travel
