About the Role
Morgan Properties is looking for a Service Technician to join our team at a 292-unit apartment community in Rochester, NY. In this role, you'll help create a safe, well-maintained environment for residents while working alongside a team that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and other maintenance-related issues
- Perform preventative maintenance to help protect and preserve community assets
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the property are maintained in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner while providing a positive resident experience
- Keep residents and team members informed through clear, professional communication
- Support the overall appearance, functionality, and upkeep of the community
Requirements
- Active, valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
