About the Role
The Rallye Motor Company is seeking a Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk with Rallye Mercedes. This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term position to leverage their automotive parts skills and knowledge within a luxury automotive group.
Responsibilities
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying against documentation.
- Determine appropriate shipment methods.
- Prepare shipments by affixing labels, packaging parts, and including necessary instructions.
- Receive incoming shipments, examine contents, reject damaged items, and record shortages.
- Stock parts into inventory or customer bins accurately and efficiently.
- Receive unsold parts returned by parts drivers.
- Notify other departments of incoming parts.
Requirements
- Must possess a clean and valid driver's license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Ability to lift 70 pounds.
