About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Consumer team in Sydney. This role involves delivering integrated earned-first communications campaigns for recognized brands, managing client relationships, providing strategic counsel, and leading campaigns from brief to delivery. You will collaborate with senior leaders, mentor junior consultants, and drive impactful work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated earned-first communications campaigns that build brands, shape conversations and create cultural relevance.
- Own day-to-day client relationships.
- Provide confident counsel to senior stakeholders.
- Manage campaigns from brief through to delivery.
- Launch new products.
- Deliver national media events.
- Develop creative campaign ideas.
- Respond to breaking news opportunities.
- Lead integrated teams.
- Mentor junior consultants.

Requirements
- Around 5-7 years' experience in PR, communications or integrated communications.
- Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong media relationships across consumer, lifestyle and news media, with a track record of developing and landing compelling stories.
- Experience planning and delivering media events, launches and campaign activations.
- The confidence to build trusted client relationships and provide thoughtful day-to-day strategic counsel.
- Excellent writing and editing skills across media materials, campaign assets and client communications.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior consultants, creating a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Strong organisational and commercial skills.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across integrated agency teams to deliver outstanding work.
