About the Role

Store associates work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer product questions, recommend solutions, and resolve concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction. They must stay up-to-date with product features, maintain high standards for products and the store, achieve excellent customer service, and consistently meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs.

• Ensure maximum client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product features.
• Maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.

Requirements
