About the Role
This role is very important to the successful running of the centre, ensuring our customers have the best possible shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the centre in both the Garden Centre and the Restaurant.
- Clean shopfloor, toilets, staffrooms and offices.
- Hoover/sweep and mop tiled and carpeted floor areas.
- Clean, dust and polish all surface areas.
- Replenish handwash, toilet rolls and paper towels.
- Clear and remove rubbish and empty bins.
- Remove cobwebs and dust.
- Understand and adhere to health and safety procedures and COSHH regulations.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and order new materials as required.
- Keep the cleaning material area clear and tidy.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is clean, maintained and well looked after.
