About the Role

Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is hiring immediately for Customer Service Agents at EVV. This entry-level position offers paid on-the-job training and development programs, with no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely.
• Achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Lift customers' bags onto the belt and get bags to their destination.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Work varying shifts, including irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver's license, or maintain all necessary authority and identification for business travel.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
