About the Role
Helio Health is dedicated to treating and promoting recovery from substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant staff members.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory of administrative office and program supplies.
- Process incoming mail and packages daily.
- File documentation to ensure efficient and accurate reporting for audits.
- Assist other departments with projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 software is required.
- Two years of previous administrative and/or clerical related customer service experience is highly preferred.
