About the Role
Zoho is seeking a dynamic operations team member to manage their Austin office. This role ensures an organized and consistent office environment, managing projects and administrative tasks such as building management, tenant relations, and audit compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large office building with three separate suites (two tenants)
- Coordinate vendors and pay invoices
- Track and analyze office operating expenses
- Assist with internal and external audit and compliance requirements
- Handle additional responsibilities outside of a typical Office Manager role, including finance, events, business development, and community partnerships (approximately 25% of time)
