About the Role
Teledyne LeCroy is seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader to define, align, and accelerate the company's global marketing and digital strategy across its diverse portfolio of businesses. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on organizational transformation, initially focusing on modernizing the company's global digital presence and expanding to drive broader marketing alignment and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Establish company-wide marketing goals, priorities, and performance metrics.
- Strengthen Teledyne LeCroy's market position and visibility.
- Partner with divisional leaders to align marketing activities with product strategies.
- Ensure marketing investments support measurable business outcomes.
- Own the strategic direction of Teledyne LeCroy's global digital presence and customer-facing web ecosystem.
- Define and maintain global standards for website architecture, user experience, content governance, branding, and digital engagement.
- Lead website modernization initiatives, platform improvements, search optimization programs, and digital customer experience enhancements.
- Establish a scalable operating model for website management and digital operations.
- Ensure digital platforms support lead generation, product launches, customer education, recruiting, and brand visibility.
- Provide strategic leadership and coordination for marketing communications activities.
- Establish best practices for messaging, content development, campaign execution, and marketing effectiveness.
- Promote consistency while enabling individual business units to address unique market needs.
- Collaborate with divisional marketing communications managers to align priorities and share resources.
- Develop frameworks that strengthen communication across product lines.
- Own the company's marketing technology strategy, including CRM platforms and marketing automation systems.
- Partner with Sales leadership to strengthen alignment between marketing activities and revenue growth.
- Establish enterprise-wide processes and metrics for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Define CRM governance, data quality standards, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure CRM and marketing automation platforms support global campaigns and business development.
- Develop strategies to improve customer targeting and personalization.
- Promote best practices for customer data management and sales and marketing alignment.
- Partner with product management, engineering, and sales to improve market awareness.
- Support successful product introductions and strategic growth initiatives.
- Ensure marketing content communicates technical differentiation and customer value.
- Strengthen customer engagement across the buyer journey.
- Establish a data-driven marketing culture focused on measurable outcomes.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for marketing effectiveness.
- Drive the use of analytics and insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
- Present executive-level dashboards and performance reviews to senior leadership.
- Lead evaluation and adoption of AI-enabled marketing capabilities.
- Establish governance and quality standards for AI-assisted marketing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across divisions, regions, and functional organizations.
- Lead through influence within a matrixed global environment.
- Develop marketing processes, governance models, and collaboration frameworks.
- Mentor, coach, and develop marketing talent across the organization.
- Build and evolve the future-state marketing and digital organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B technology, industrial, scientific, semiconductor, electronics, instrumentation, or test & measurement markets.
- Proven success developing and executing enterprise-level marketing strategies.
- Experience leading global or multi-regional marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, web strategy, customer experience, SEO, analytics, and marketing technologies.
- Experience leveraging CRM, customer data, and marketing technologies to improve customer engagement and business performance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in test & measurement, semiconductor, electronics, networking, communications, industrial technology, or related technical industries.
- Experience managing or modernizing large global website environments.
- Experience implementing, optimizing, or governing CRM and marketing automation platforms in a global B2B organization.
- Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, website analytics, and business intelligence reporting systems.
- Experience leading organizational transformation, digital modernization, or marketing governance initiatives.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled marketing technologies and emerging digital engagement practices.
