About the Role
The Adobe Design Research & Strategy (ADRS) team is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive the “AI at ADRS” program, managing workstreams focused on building, exploring, and scaling AI capabilities within UX research. This role is crucial for maturing the team's UX research practice in the evolving AI landscape.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central program manager across ADRS's AI workstreams, defining scope, milestones, and success criteria.
- Partner with workstream drivers to track progress, surface blockers, and ensure initiatives move from experimentation to execution.
- Own the cross-workstream roadmap and reporting cadence, translating status into clear updates for leadership.
- Drive the rollout and adoption of shared AI and knowledge infrastructure, ensuring discoverability and integration.
- Establish and manage a governance framework for AI workstreams, ensuring research rigor and human oversight.
- Run a continuous improvement cycle for the program, incorporating feedback into the roadmap.
- Maintain program-critical artifacts and shared resources to keep the AI program organized and accessible.
- Document repeatable processes and SOPs to improve operational clarity and efficiency.
- Provide general program management support to ADRS leadership as needed.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in program management, project management, internal communications, business operations, knowledge management, or a related field.
- Experience building and maintaining internal knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, or other wiki/intranet tools).
- Comfort working with database programs, content repositories, and project management software.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving programs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
- Comfort project managing stakeholders and following up on deliverables.
