About the Role

Rolls-Royce Deutschland offers the opportunity to take on a strategically important role as a People Partner (w/m/d) in Business Aviation within an internationally leading technology company, with a direct impact on business success. You will work closely with executives and teams in Germany and internationally, particularly in the USA and Canada, actively shaping transformation, growth, and personnel strategies. Responsibilities

  • Strategic consulting and support of executives in all personnel-related matters and leadership of strategic HR projects
  • Accompanying performance and talent management processes and active participation in the implementation of corporate and HR strategies
  • Management and implementation of personnel development, talent, and succession planning measures as well as executive development
  • Trusting and constructive cooperation with the works council
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative personnel planning in close cooperation with management
  • Close cooperation with national and international stakeholders for the implementation of global HR initiatives
  • Support and assistance for business units in Germany as well as cooperation with teams and executives in the USA and Canada
  • Support and guidance of recruiting processes for selected positions
  • Consulting on labor law issues as well as support for employee discussions, conflict situations, and individual personnel measures

Requirements

  • Completed university degree or comparable qualification with a focus on HR, business administration, or related fields
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR function
  • Sound knowledge of labor law as well as modern HR processes and instruments
  • Experience in consulting executives and in change management
  • International experience and enjoyment of working with global teams
  • Understanding of working in an international environment, especially with stakeholders in the USA and Canada
  • Strong communication and consulting skills as well as confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels
  • Fluent German and English language skills
