About the Role

As a Product Director on the Virtual Card team, you will lead the core platform and underlying capabilities that power our virtual cards and digital wallets. You’ll set the long-term vision for this space, looking around corners to anticipate where payments are headed so we can build the necessary backend capabilities well before they hit the critical path. You will own performance across the full spend lifecycle—from card creation and authorization to settlement and post-disruption updates like network account updaters. Because our platform connects with more than a dozen internal and external systems, you’ll focus on building modular, flexible capabilities that let other teams launch features quickly, while continuously simplifying our processes and leveraging AI tools to drive team efficiency and speed up delivery. In this role, you will build and lead a team of product managers, establish a multi-year capability roadmap, and partner heavily across our engineering and business orgs. Your success will come down to balancing complex technical dependencies with commercial priorities, ensuring our platform is resilient, scalable, and ready for whatever comes next.
