This role partners with stakeholders to automate operational strategies, optimize systems, troubleshoot integrations, and manage environments.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain middleware/iPaaS platforms.
  • Partner with external vendors or internal technical teams to isolate root causes and implement permanent configuration fixes for recurring issues.
  • Monitor system uptime, respond to critical application errors or post-release production defects, and provide occasional support during major upgrade or patch windows.
  • Research upcoming vendor platform release notes, evaluate the business impact of new native features, and proactively recommend updates.

  • 4+ years of professional experience in enterprise software administration, business applications engineering, or a closely related technical role.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience utilizing advanced administrative design features within a major enterprise application.
  • Proven experience operating within an Agile development environment, independently managing individual ticket backlogs, estimations, and status loops.
  • Holds at least one core administration certification tied to their primary application domain (e.g., Salesforce Certified Admin, Atlassian Certified Professional, NetSuite Administrator, or Ironclad CLM Core Administration).
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, distill, and articulate complex cross-functional business requirements into clean technical layouts.
  • Strong creative and analytical problem-solving mindset, with a proven track record of resolving ambiguous system issues.
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines, manage simultaneous business requests, and navigate professional communication both laterally and upward to leadership.
