About the Role

A top producing team at Marcus & Millichap is seeking a talented, career-minded, and experienced Graphic Designer to provide marketing and creative assistance in their Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have an interest in a dynamic environment with a willingness to learn and grow in a multitude of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials including informational marketing brochures, offering memorandums, and proposals using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Assist in the utilization of various tools in key proposals and presentations.
• Create floor plans and site plans.
• Proofread and edit marketing packages for superior quality.
• Maintain current use of social media, team websites, and email marketing.
• Conduct research (10-15% of time).

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources.
• Extremely proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including social media and corporate branding.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Versatile and flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet critical deadlines.
• Must be a team player.
