About the Role

As Founders Associate, you will be the right hand of the founders, supporting them in successfully shaping the next phase of growth. You will translate ideas into execution, coordinate strategic and operational projects, create clarity in a dynamic environment, and ensure that the right topics advance at the right time. You will make a difference where speed, personal responsibility, and pragmatism are required.

Responsibilities

Manage the data room, due diligence process, investor materials, and appointments for fundraising and investor relations.
Act as the operational right hand for founders during fundraising, ensuring every investor touchpoint is managed.
Independently initiate smaller deals and partnerships, and actively support larger discussions and contract negotiations.
Conduct in-depth analyses and deep dives into competitors, markets, and strategic topics, providing clear recommendations.
Own internal analyses, KPI tracking, and reporting to visualize progress, growth areas, and necessary adjustments.
Research, evaluate, and support the due diligence process for expansion, potential site acquisitions, or strategic investments.
Actively prepare board meetings, including materials, reports, and analyses, and maintain high-level investor updates between meetings.
Manage calendars, travel, and meeting preparation for founders, ensuring focus on strategic topics.
Support PR, interview preparation, and content creation for major announcements like funding rounds, launches, or milestones.

Requirements

Startup or scale-up experience, comfortable in a dynamic environment, able to prioritize with incomplete information, and maintain an overview with changing requirements.
Strong analytical skills to structure complex topics, derive well-founded recommendations from data and research, and make pragmatic decisions.
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with founders, teams, and external partners, and present complex topics competently.
Hands-on mentality, preferring to actively engage rather than delegate.
Proficient with digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace) and open to quickly learning new systems like Personio or Moss.
Curiosity for robotics, AI, and deep tech, with a desire to be part of real innovation.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
On-site presence in Berlin, working directly with the team and robots daily.
