About the Role
The Patient Concierge serves as the primary point of contact at the front desk of Pacific Fertility Center (PFC), ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. This role operates collaboratively with the front desk team and other PFC departments, guided by the company's mission to provide individualized, compassionate fertility care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, directing calls, and greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and physician referrals in a timely manner.
- Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, laboratory staff, and clinical teams while maintaining strict adherence to privacy and patient care standards.
- Accurately compile, update, and maintain medical records, reports, and patient correspondence.
- Assist patients with completing insurance documentation and consent/privacy forms.
- Support daily clinic operations and perform additional administrative tasks or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of medical administrative experience required
- Bilingual a plus!
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system strongly preferred
