About the Role

As a food and beverage associate at JW Steakhouse, you will ensure guests receive exceptional service and culinary excellence. You will be knowledgeable about the menu, make recommendations, answer questions, and promptly address any issues to ensure guests feel well-fed and happy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
• Take guests' food and beverage orders, making recommendations and upselling where appropriate
• Ensure quick and efficient service and check that meals meet expectations
• Prepare the restaurant and bar area for each service period
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and bar area

Requirements

• Must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom
• A warm demeanor and service-oriented personality
• A team-player attitude
• Positive outlook and dependability
• Previous Food and Beverage experience is desired
