About the Role
Carvana is seeking individuals for entry-level automotive roles, offering positions such as Detailer, Lot Attendant, Photobooth Associate, and Inspection Associate. These roles are crucial for ensuring vehicles are ready for customers.
Responsibilities
- Detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing
- Moving vehicles from one department to the next in Inspection Centers
- Taking photos of vehicles for the Carvana website
- Inspecting the interior and exterior of vehicles and identifying imperfections/defects
Requirements
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to work sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Ability to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment)
- Able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
