About the Role
The Director of Product Management will lead a team of product managers, driving strategy and execution for product initiatives in the fast-growing DOOH space. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on management to ensure product goals are met and the team delivers exceptional results, shaping the future of OUTFRONT Media’s product portfolio in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap across key product areas, aligning with business goals and long-term company vision.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and ensuring best practices.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for product differentiation.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for product managers.
- Establish performance goals and KPIs for the product management team, tracking progress and driving accountability.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and successful execution.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and communicate the product vision and priorities.
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates with key stakeholders, including executives.
- Initiate programs by leading alignment on program scope, release planning, vision, business goals, create program structure, and securing cross-functional support.
- Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Continuously improve product development processes, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive product decisions, monitor performance, and iterate on product features.
- Define and track key metrics to measure product success.
- Use customer feedback and market insights to continuously refine product offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring product teams, with a track record of delivering high-impact products that drive business growth.
- Experience in adtech, D/OOH, digital advertising is a plus, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these industries.
- Experience with ERP systems in general, with deep understanding of Order management, Billing, Collections, Revenue recognition etc. functions desirable.
- Experience with generating service portfolios to support core systems’ diagnostics, provisioning and operational workflows, trouble shooting etc.
- Experience with creating New value-added services such as application software, customer service tools, sales enablement tools, cross functional integrations.
- Expertise in driving API product strategy, leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable API solutions, optimizing RESTful and GraphQL interfaces, and ensuring seamless integration across microservices architectures.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across the organization.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ProductBoard.
- Analytical mindset, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and the ability to apply data insights to product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or an MBA is a plus.

Salary/Compensations
- $180,000-200,000 per year for NY and California
- Eligible for incentive compensation
