About the Role

This role supports the Senior Manager, Sales Planning (EMEA), focusing on strengthening Sales Planning operations across EMEA by improving systems, refining processes, and enhancing sales and finance reporting. It is a hands-on, high-visibility position offering exposure to cross-functional teams and is an entry point into a high-performing global team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance Sales Planning processes and efficiencies, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Support all phases of new system enhancements/projects, including requirements gathering, UAT, implementation, and training.
  • Deliver regular reporting and address ad-hoc requests for EMEA and Home Office, such as month-end reporting, TV Series sales reports, and budget views.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new starters and new system functionality, including managing updates for the training handbook.
  • Review requests for materials delivery and approve.
  • Provide cover for territory planners, including running avails, deal system entry, and processing revenue and materials delivery requests.
  • Manage calendars for 2 VPs, coordinate cross-territory and cross-functional meetings for EMEA Sales Planning, and organize team conferences.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in media or a similar commercial environment.
  • Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • A process-improvement mindset with a passion for efficiency.
  • Confidence in managing priorities in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative approach.
  • Adept with new systems and software, including MS Suite and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel (Pivot Tables & Formulae), with comfort in learning new systems.
  • Demonstrates an ability to address root causes of problems, identify alternatives, and propose solutions.
  • Able to use complex information to provide summaries with clear and meaningful insights.
  • Must have the appropriate immigration permission to work and reside in the United Kingdom for the duration of the employment.
