About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, observe and report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the automotive location, including vehicle display areas, service areas, parking lots, building entrances, and perimeter areas, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic; report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting and escalation procedures.
- Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately in required logs and reports.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
