In this hybrid role, you are the ultimate park guide—helping families capture memories in our shops and providing the tools they need for a perfect day of adventure. Whether you are selling the perfect superhero cape or launching a guest on a high-flying attraction, you are at the heart of the Darien Lake experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive excitement by selling candy, apparel, and souvenirs.
- Maintain a "picture-perfect" shop by restocking treasures and keeping displays sharp.
- Oversee the daily operations of specialized rental and attraction locations, including the Skycoaster, Scooterpals, and Lazy River tube rentals.
- Master the art sales and point-of-sale systems while processing park purchases and rental fees accurately and efficiently.
- Act as a safety ambassador, ensuring all rental equipment is in top shape and guests are properly prepared for high-thrill attractions.
- Act as a one-stop shop for guest questions, providing helpful directions and a friendly smile.
Requirements
- Build a resume with "priceless" experience in high-volume customer service, inventory management, and safety operations.
