About the Role
As the welcoming face of our retail boutique at Madison Ave., NY, you will greet customers, offer complimentary coffee tastings, help with boutique operations and provide an inviting experience for our customers. You will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and create unforgettable moments with Nespresso!
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
- Elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences
- Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee.
- Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee.
- Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software
- Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset.
- Collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment
Requirements
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury setting.
- Availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours throughout January 2027
