About the Role

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking Professional Truck Drivers for its Newburgh, NY domicile location to support retailers with direct-to-store deliveries. Drivers will be backed by a team of traffic and safety experts and will work independently to provide superior customer service. Safety is a top priority, and drivers are equipped with industry-leading tools and equipment. The role prioritizes work/life balance to ensure ample home time.

Responsibilities

• Make direct-to-store deliveries to retailers.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Represent the Ace Helpful experience on and off the road.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with hazardous materials endorsement (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Minimum of 1 year Class A tractor/trailer on-road driving experience preferred.
• Applicants with less than 1 year of experience may be considered and could qualify for an accelerated comprehensive training program.
• No suspensions, revocations, or convictions of reckless driving in the past 3 years.

Salary/Compensations

• Drivers earn on average $98,000.00 a year.
• Potential to earn up to an additional $2,000 per year for safety bonuses.
