About the Role
Our teams are fulfilled by the idea of making even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate the little things. You’ll be in charge of managing the office, ranging from meeting and diary management and providing support to the Head Teacher, HR administration and checking payroll with attendance records. You’ll be involved in running the reception and responsibility for accurate files. With your efficient, professional approach and ability to set up processes and systems, you’ll keep things running smoothly.

Requirements
- Previous administration experience
- Ideally have experience managing a team of administrators
- High degree of computer literacy
- Able to keep a lot of plates spinning
- Hard working, friendly and dependable
- Able to build a natural rapport with our young people
- Subject to an enhanced DBS check (cost covered)
