About the Role

PNC is seeking candidates for its Financial Wellness Solutions Development Program, an accelerated program for recent college graduates with exceptional leadership potential. This program develops future Retail Bank leaders through sales, technical, and leadership training, enhanced by experiential learning opportunities. The goal is to transition analysts from development roles into production roles within PNC's lines of business.

Responsibilities

  • Perform or assist in banking activities, including researching clients or prospects.
  • Create and/or call on targeted calling lists.
  • Schedule, attend, and/or lead client or prospect appointments.
  • Create presentations and/or proposals.
  • Identify and/or deliver on next steps to move relationships forward.
  • Proactively acquire new clients through effective prospecting, networking, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
  • Handle or assist in relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to ensure an exceptional client experience and deepen relationships.
  • Provide ideas and insights to clients based on an understanding of their needs and financial goals.
  • Interact with internal/external clients to gather or clarify information and/or expand existing client relationships.
  • Participate in social learning, including networking with business representatives and peers, and participating in mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach.
  • Participate in formal learning to develop necessary skills.

Requirements

  • Having one's own vehicle is a requirement of the Program.
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Salary/Compensations

  • $39,100.00 – $126,500.00
