About the Role
PNC's Asset Management Group (AMG) Development Program is a comprehensive, interactive 2-year program designed to prepare analysts for client-facing roles or supporting investment management businesses within AMG. The program offers extensive classroom training and on-the-job learning, providing visibility among senior leadership and preparing participants for production roles within PNC.
Responsibilities
- Participates as an analyst in the line of business development program.
- Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results.
- Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
- Participates in social learning within the organization.
- Participates in formal learning and completes related activities and projects.
- Supports the internal and external client experience by always providing excellent service.
- Takes accountability and ensures problem resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum GPA 3.2.
- Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills.
- Includes individuals joining the organization through a corporate development/training program.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
- This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain criminal history.
