About the Role

Responsible for broader, strategic objectives across multiple projects, with a long-term, cross-functional focus. This role will act as the central point of accountability across Operations, Technology, Product, Transformation, and Business stakeholders to ensure facilities are migrated successfully, operational risks are mitigated, and target business outcomes are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a collection of related projects that together aim to achieve broader strategic business objectives.
• Focuses on strategic, high-level outcomes and ensures alignment of projects with the organization’s business strategy.
• Manages a wide range of stakeholders across various projects, including executives, project managers, and external clients.
• Manages risks and issues at a higher level, focusing on cross-project dependencies and potential impacts on the broader program or business strategy.
• Responsible for allocating resources across multiple projects, balancing priorities, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Manages the overall program budget, tracking financial health and ensuring program value delivery.
• Measures success based on cumulative benefits delivered by all projects within the program, focusing on business outcomes and value creation.
• Manages change at a macro level, ensuring cohesive management of changes across projects.
• Contributes to or sets strategy, drives requirements, and makes recommendations for change.
• Plans resources, budgets, and policies; manages and maintains policies/processes; delivers continuous improvements.
• Advises key stakeholders on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment.
• Manages and mitigates risks through assessment.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale lending platform migrations or system transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and programme governance skills.
• Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of LoanIQ.
• Experience with using AI automation tools.
• ACBS experience.
• Line Operations experience within Wholesale Lending.
