About the Role
Ageless Women’s Health is seeking an energetic, patient-focused Client Relations Manager for its Austin location. This role is crucial for managing the front desk, driving patient growth, and providing exceptional service in a women's wellness and hormone health clinic.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-out, and payment collection.
- Assist with insurance verification and documentation.
- Follow up on unpaid balances and billing inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with patients to encourage return visits.
- Conduct follow-ups to maintain patient engagement in their wellness plans.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and care.
- Respond to new patient leads from various channels (phone, web, email).
- Schedule consultations and convert leads into appointments.
- Recommend additional services based on patient goals.
- Attend local events to promote clinic services and attract new patients.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills.
