About the Role
RB Holdings is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join the Upper Floors Kitchen at 5 Hertford Street. This role offers the opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and contribute to culinary excellence within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards across all aspects of food preparation and presentation
- Work with the freshest seasonal ingredients to create culinary excellence
- Play a key part in a collaborative and focused team
- Train, mentor and support junior chefs, setting clear standards and helping them grow
Requirements
- Passionate chefs who take pride in making each dish a culinary experience
- Chefs keen to contribute to a positive and productive working environment ensuring all food offering are consistent

- Up to £40,000 per annum + discretionary service charge
