About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Product Management (Corporate Card Membership Rewards) will champion product and marketing operations for the Membership Rewards and Benefits programs within the US Corporate Card portfolio. This role supports product operations like decommissioning aspects of the Membership Rewards program, managing Operational Risk Events, and onboarding new product functionality. It also involves marketing operations such as handling marketing blocks, reviewing marketing collateral, and executing campaigns to drive Membership Rewards enrollments and engagement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with proven project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Decommissioning aspects of the Membership Rewards program
- Managing Operational Risk Events
- Onboarding new product functionality
- Handling marketing blocks
- Conducting annual reviews of marketing collateral for internal and external partners and clients
- Assisting in executing marketing campaigns to drive Membership Rewards enrollments and engagement
- Working closely with external agency partners and internal marketing teams to build on our product vision
- Collaborating to identify impactful marketing messaging
