About the Role
Staycity is seeking a Night Reception Team Member to contribute to the guest experience by ensuring the property is prepared for the day ahead, working collaboratively with the Night, Operations, and Housekeeping teams.
Responsibilities
- Understand and check housekeeping trolley standards, ensuring trolleys are prepared for the following day.
- Assist the Operations Manager and Housekeeping Manager with linen control, consumable stock checks, and ordering.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all public areas during the night.
- Support effective stock organization, linen control, and process improvement for night-team and housekeeping operations.
- Learn key reception systems and operational procedures for career development.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar property is helpful but not required; full training will be provided.
- Prior experience with Opera is helpful but not required; full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
