About the Role
As a front-line partner, you will support consultants and contractors, Teaching Associates, and general employees. You will be the go-to contact for consultant hiring and lifecycle management, from contracts through onboarding and offboarding. You will also support recruiting coordination for Teaching Associates and general employee hires across multiple regions. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers, regional People Team leads, IT, Finance, and Payroll to ensure smooth and timely operations.

- Partner with regional People Team leads to ensure consistent, on-brand candidate experience across all hiring types.
- Provide back-up support to the People Team and CHRO across front-line people operations where additional capacity is needed.
- Support accurate and timely payroll inputs, including new starter, leaver, and change-of-status data, liaising with Payroll/Finance as needed.
- Support right-to-work and background check processes across consultants, TAs, and employees, tracking documentation status and flagging gaps or expiring checks proactively.
- Assist with general data management and record accuracy across HR systems (e.g., HiBob), beyond population-specific lifecycle records already owned in Sections 1–3.
