About the Role
MST is an intensive family and community-based treatment that addresses the multiple determinants of serious antisocial behavior in juvenile delinquents and offenders. It promotes behavior change in the youth’s natural environment, using the strengths of each system to facilitate change. The MST model aligns with the Children’s Village mission statement, focus on community-based services and family reunification, and CV values.
Requirements
- One year of experience preferred but not required.
Skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
Education Level
- Masters Degree in a New York State Licensable degree (incl. MSW, CSW, PhD, PsyD, MFT, MHC)
Salary/Compensations
- $3,600 additive given for license or 1 year post grad experience.
