About the Role
Join novosafe to install and maintain smart, connected security technology for critical infrastructure like wind turbines, solar farms, and industrial plants, moving beyond traditional electrical work into the future of energy and security.
Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of modern alarm, sensor, and security systems on industrial and energy facilities (220V connection).
- Perform on-site setup, testing, and customer training on app and system usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Digitally document work using company tools, eliminating paperwork.
- Actively contribute to the improvement of technical processes and products.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or similar, or equivalent practical skills with a passion for electrical and digital technology.
- Authorization to work with 220V (connection, configuration, etc.).
- Enthusiasm for future technologies: smart security systems, renewable energies, digital systems.
- High willingness to travel and enjoyment of customer interaction.
- Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Good German language skills and a presentable, friendly demeanor.
