About the Role

Charlie Health is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. The role involves enhancing programming and delivering high-quality care in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
• Offer services as part-time or full-time W-2 positions.
• Maintain a caseload with a maximum of 8 clients in a group to foster strong client relationships and in-depth work.
• Participate in case discussions to leverage expertise and develop new skills.

Requirements

• Must hold an independent or associate licensure in New York.
• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome).
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.
• Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2.
• Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
• Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
• Experienced with teens and young adults.
• Passionate and skilled in group services.
• Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video.
• Available evenings to meet client needs.
• Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.
