About the Role
As the Merchandise Leader, you will support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the store upholds AEO Brand Visual Standards through effective Floorset execution, marketing and merchandising updates, and daily replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and a collaborative spirit to achieve team goals while representing company values.
Responsibilities
- Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
- Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring effective execution of all store areas.
- Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
- Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
- Ensure the merchandising team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
- Prioritize the guest experience and champion a culture of recognition and team celebration.
- Ensure store safety standards are maintained and adhere to shrink-reducing strategies, AEO policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Passion for AE and Aerie products.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, priority-setting, and time management.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
- History of retail work experience.
