About the Role

This role supports the Product Director of Luxury Travel, driving collaboration, ensuring clear communication, and facilitating project progression. It's an opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, acting as a trusted support to ensure projects move forward and teams remain aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive administrative and diary support to the Product Director – Luxury Travel.
  • Support the wider Client Experience and Jetcard teams with day-to-day administration and coordination.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives across multiple teams and departments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and team updates.
  • Monitor actions and deadlines to ensure priorities stay on track.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational excellence.
  • Provide flexible administrative support and get involved wherever needed.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Confident communicating and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys getting stuck in and supporting others.
  • A willingness to learn, take ownership and continuously look for ways to improve.
