About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic emerging professional with at least 2-5 years of experience who is self-motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills and can work independently. As a critical member of our team-based approach, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile designs, grow our practice, and make a meaningful impact to our communities.
Responsibilities
- Engage in the design process developing ideas, creating renderings, building digital / physical models, & preparing design presentations
- Develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, & details, evaluate material options, and coordinate with consultant team
- Participate in construction site visits and assist with field reports, RFIs & submittal review.
- Able to work with supervision while maintaining communication with team members
Requirements
