About the Role

Contribute to EGYM's mission of transforming the healthcare industry from repair to prevention and help establish EGYM as the number one fitness solution in England. This role requires passion for fitness, technology, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor activities on the fitness floor.
• Advise clients on proper exercise execution and the use of EGYM equipment.
• Maintain and care for fitness equipment in the training room, and report incidents.
• Create individualized and customized workout plans.
• Resolve doubts, guide, and support members in their progress.
• Contribute new proposals, creative ideas, and improvements to enhance user experience.
• Organize the working day successfully and purposefully.
• Actively participate in teamwork and build a positive and inspiring environment.
• Manage the sales process with potential gym clients successfully.
• Encourage customer participation in special activities to increase retention.

Requirements

• Hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (Level 3 Personal Trainer or a Degree in Sport & Exercise Science is a plus).
• Be registered with CIMSPA (or equivalent).
• Be an expert in developing training plans and handling fitness equipment.
• Have a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Be proficient in fitness tech (training apps, client management software, connected equipment).
• Possess a growth mindset, eager to learn, grow, and bring new ideas.
• Be proactive and capable of working autonomously while remaining a strong team player.
• Be fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
