About the Role

United Ag & Turf NE is seeking an Inventory Facility Coordinator to manage whole goods inventory tracking and facility upkeep. This role supports employees and customers with equipment handling, ensuring organization and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage whole goods inventory presentation, accuracy, tracking, and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate store whole goods inventory using the tracking system.
  • Receipt all whole goods into DIT within 24 hours of arrival.
  • Aggregate attachments to base units after shop set up/installs.
  • Ensure 100% compliance for DIT sticker usage and accuracy for all new and used machines and attachments.
  • Complete in/out checks on whole goods during movement, including detailed pictures for rentals, loaners, and demos.
  • Complete required DIT inventory verification and whole goods financial audits within designated timeframes.
  • Complete monthly DIT self-audits for accountability and accuracy.
  • Monitor daily/weekly reports and resolve open issues promptly.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Keep the lot organized and notify the manager of needed supplies and tooling.
  • Maintain an organized lot and storage areas with dedicated staging areas.
  • Monitor and reorder staging and DIT supplies to ensure availability.
  • Stage deliveries to ensure they are completed and ready.
  • Stage all components included with the sale for the DIT check-out process.
  • Organize service repairs for equipment.
  • Stage Whole Goods units requiring service work in the dedicated service staging area.
  • Follow up after service work, aggregate attachments, and move equipment to the next staging area.
  • Communicate damages or required repairs for rental, loaner, or demo equipment to management immediately upon return.
  • Unload and load equipment ready for delivery.
  • Serve as the primary branch contact for loading and unloading all whole goods products, verifying inventory accuracy with a packing list.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform facility maintenance including lawn mowing, cleaning the parking lot, and shoveling snow.
  • Pressure wash equipment to ensure it is clean and ready for customers.
  • Ensure all whole goods inventory is clean and presentable, including pressure washing and verifying working order for display units.
  • Assist in maintaining the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
  • Rotate and start each piece of equipment in the yard every 30-45 days, allowing it to run for 15-20 minutes.
  • Provide backup support for the Delivery driver when required.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to operate vehicles and equipment.
  • Understanding of rigging equipment for proper lifting.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Exceed customer expectations and possess a ‘Yes We Can’ attitude.
  • Forklift certified.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be eligible for a DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Hearing ability is sufficient to communicate with others in person or over the phone.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required (up to 50 pounds).
  • Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and bend as needed.
