About the Role

Fresh Texas is seeking a dedicated individual to perform various tasks related to machine operation, monitoring, and maintenance. This role ensures compliance with quality standards and safety protocols in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operation activities for proper equipment startup and operation.
• Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment to ensure quality production and minimize unplanned stops.
• Communicate with team members to ensure continuous production with minimal waste.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards.
• Use hand tools regularly.
• Color code barrels accurately.
• Complete a daily safety checklist.
• Follow prescribed quality standards.
• Ensure proper handwashing and drying procedures are followed.
• Properly use and store sanitation attire.
• Clean and sanitize equipment.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Read and follow recipes.
• Assist with training other mixers.
• Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Completed Alchemy training courses as defined by the Production Training Matrix.
• Regularly required to sit, use hands, and talk or hear.
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
