About the Role

FLOWER CO. is seeking customer-focused Budtenders to join their team and supply San Francisco and the greater Bay Area with cannabis products. Ideal candidates are passionate about cannabis, possess a positive attitude, and are dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on company operations, services, cannabis practices, and products.
• Maintain stocked and tidy shelves with cannabis products and other inventory.
• Guide customers to products that meet their needs.
• Assist with delivery pick and pack.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash.
• Complete daily tasks and implement new systems and features.
• Adhere to and update company standard operating procedures.
• Comply with all cannabis regulations and compliance procedures.
• Report all violations to Operations Managers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and supervisors.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 21.
• Proficient with Point of Sale (POS) and other business software systems, or experience with e-commerce software.
• Ability to multitask, organize, problem-solve, and prioritize issues.
• Action and results-oriented.
• Ability to work morning and night shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Punctual and able to support specific department KPIs.
