About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to building a production-ready AI product for TomTom, involving full-stack development from feature creation to client-side integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy new features using Python to enhance core AI functionalities.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps infrastructure.
• Automate model training, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Develop and improve the internal evaluation system for model performance measurement.
• Manage the integration of the AI solution into client environments.
• Enhance existing AI models through fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Participate in R&D projects to explore new technologies.
• Focus on making the product production-ready, including reliability, performance, and error handling.

Requirements

• Experience in Python development for building and improving features.
• Experience in DevOps and MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines and model deployment automation.
• Experience with client-side integration.
• Experience developing in-house systems for model performance monitoring.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques such as fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Experience in making products production-ready, including performance optimization and error handling.
